Expected to last longer

Good quality but does not last as long as I would of expected

The product works as well as the original, producing good quality print. However, it does not print the advertised 500 pages as implied in the advertising. There is an industry standard of 5% coverage (absolute coverage) which equates to about half a page of text. This means that for text or music, I get only 120 or so pages per cartridge. It still represents value for money though, because the original cartridges advertise the same with the same industry standard, so my beef is about the advertising more than the quality of the product.

There is no delay when ordering replacement cartridges, order is delivered promptly within a couple of days. On one occasion I received the wrong cartridge for my printer, phoned IJT up and wrong cartridge replaced immediately.
